Can I have additional pax order for my family?


Of course you can. There are additional charges; just share with us what you need.




Do you have packages for more than 28 days?


Yes we do. Just ask us. We will prepare and curate a meal plan for you.




Is the confinement menu suitable / beneficial if I just had a miscarriage or a c-section delivery?


Yes, and by letting us know in advance, we will take special care in planning & preparing a meal suitable for you.




I have food allergies and prefer not to have certain ingredients. Is that possible?


Let us know in advance. We do our best to accommodate your request when possible.





Delivery

Do you deliver everyday?


Yes, we deliver all year round, weekends and public holidays included.




Are deliveries free of charge?


Yes, our free delivery coverage area includes:

Kepong, Sentul, Gombak, Batu Caves, Melawati, Setiawangsa, Wangsa Maju, Ampang, Pandan Indah, KL City Centre, Bangsar, Cheras, Mont Kiara, Hartamas, Brickfields, Damansara, TTDI, Taman Desa, OUG, Old Klang Road, Sri Petaling, Taman Connaught, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Sunway, Taipan, Desa Park City.




What if my area is not listed for free delivery?


Get in touch with us. A minimal fee may apply.




What time will my food arrive daily?


Our delivery package will arrive to you between:
Lunch: 11.00 am - 1.00 pm. Dinner: 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm.




Can I have my meals delivered at a different address on certain days?


Sure. just let us know in advance. If it is outside of our coverage area, minimal delivery charges may apply.




What containers do you use when delivering the food?


To keep your food warm and soup hot. We use thick spill-proof, BPA free, airtight glass containers for our dishes and thermal vacuum & stainless steel flasks for our herbal soups and red dates drink. Our glass containers are safe for use in ovens and microwaves. These glass containers and thermal flasks are put in our THS thermal bag and delivered to your doorstep.




Can I cancel / postpone delivery for a day?


Provide us with a 24 hours advance notice.




Should I wash the containers and thermal flasks?


You do not have to wash. Just clear out the leftover food in the containers will do. Spend your time with your little one. Leave the washing to us :)




After the meal, how do I return the bag and containers to you?


Our rider will swap bags and containers with you on a daily basis.





Place Orders

How do I make the booking?


To confirm your booking, place a standard deposit of RM500. The remaining full amount is payable three days before the delivery. Just let us know if there is any changes in the delivery dates.

Booking is required as we can only serve a limited number of mothers a month. This is also to avoid disappointments & last minute booking.




How far in advance do I need to book?


We advise you to book as soon as possible. From past experience, it is generally between 2 - 6 months prior to delivery.




Do you accept last minute booking?


Kindly speak to us. We would love to help if we have the capacity to.




What form of payment do you accept?


We currently only accept instant transfer to our bank account.




My package is about to end soon. How do I extend my delivery service?
